Improve Bug report template
Until now, Ferdi has had the same bug report template as Franz. This template contained unimportant information like Smartphone OS and did not ask for Ferdi-specific settings like Ferdi's server.
This commit will improve the template as to make it more helpful for analysing bug reports.
