When using the ninja generator:
$ cmake -G Ninja <dir>
$ ninja -C <dir>
This commit fixes the warning:
ninja: warning: multiple rules generate bin/wayland-desktop-shell-protocol.c. builds involving this target will not be correct; continuing anyway [-w dupbuild=warn]
