- added used, but not installed dependencies `color`, `csstype`, `debug`, `minimist`, `jss`
- upgraded `@types/node` to match used node version
- upgraded `@types/fs-extra` to match fs-extra version
- add missing `arrow-parens` rule to `.eslintrc` rulest for .js files
